Current Openings

Local drivers are home daily. Local van drivers have an early start time of around 1 and 2 in the morning. Drivers are paid weekly. -401K Match -Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance -Paid Time Off -7 Company Paid Holidays -$20,000 Company Paid Life Insurance Policy
Requirements
  • 23 Years Of Age or Older
  • One year of current, verifiable Class A driving experience in the last four years
  • No major preventable accidents and driving violations in the past three (3) years
  • No more than one (1) violation in three (3) years and no DUI, DWI, or Reckless Driving charges within ten (10) years.
  • No DUI in Commercial Vehicle regardless of age of charge
  • Pass a Road Test taken at our Company Corporate Office in Mobile, AL
  • Must be flexible with start time
Responsibilities
  • Perform Pre-trip/Post-trip inspecation each time you work and change trailers
  • Complete electronic logs accurately, following Hours of Service laws set by the FMCSA
  • Use Peoplenet/e-log device to communicate and update all logs daily

Regional drivers are home every weekend, guaranteed. We strive for all regional drivers to have between 2000-2500 miles a week. Drivers are paid weekly. -401K Match -Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance -Paid Time Off -7 Company Paid Holidays -$20,000 Company Paid Life Insurance Policy
Requirements
  • Class A Commercial Driver's License
  • 23 Years Of Age or Older
  • Two (2) years of current, verifiable Class A driving experience – at least two (2) years of the last four (4) years

Owner/Operator’s at Baldwin Transfer work exclusive in the regional van division. Primarily focused in the Southeast they can expect to operate in Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, Texas, Tennessee, Georgia, and Florida.
Requirements
  • Trucks are required to be 12 years or newer and must pass annual DOT inspections performed by the Baldwin maintenance division.
  • Drivers must have 1 year of OTR experience and a clean background/MVR.
  • No major preventable accidents and driving violations in the past three (3) years
  • No more than one (1) violation in three (3) years and no DUI, DWI, or Reckless Driving charges within ten (10) years.
  • No DUI in Commercial Vehicle regardless of age of charge

Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year in trucking or transportation industry.
  • Superior forward thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in high-paced, always changing work environment.
Responsibilities
  • Act as the fleet manager for our growing owner operator division.
  • Communicating load information and expectations with owner ops.
  • Working with load planner to route owner ops on lanes that utilize their hours of service and meet daily/weekly revenue quotas.
  • Monitor fleets movement throughout the day to make sure they are on time and will not time have issues on planned loads.
  • \Trouble shoot and problem solve when there are changes in daily plan to make sure weekly quotas are still reached.
  • Make sure daily appointments are made and loads are planned with dispatch correctly.
  • Keep up with orders to ensure owner ops are paid detention and all other accessorials when they are due.
